The committee has NO OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES because we make all deposits and cover up-front costs unless a contract has already been negotiated by the committee with the facility or entertainment or if the committee chooses a venue that requires a very large deposit we may ask for

What are the advantages of hiring a professional planner? Planning a reunion takes a tremendous amount of time and money. As a professional planner we will save you hours of work along with taking the financial risk for your reunion.  We have the expertise, the experience and the tools to make your reunion a success.  Since 1990 we have planned 100’s of reunions. 

When should we begin planning our high school reunion? The ideal time to start planning your reunion is 6 months to a year prior to the date.  If you are getting a late start and you want to have your reunion in less than 6 months, call us. We will manage your reunion.

What does the committee have to do? We plan the reunion with the committee and discuss the details of the reunion. We encourage committee involvement. It is your reunion. Throughout the planning process we communicate with a member of the committee.  Committee’s also can be very helpful in locating classmates, assembling memorabilia, planning a program, making music selections and acting as greeters on the night of the reunion,

Is the committee responsible for anything on the reunion night?  Reunion Organizers of Minnesota provides on-site staff to register classmates and make sure that the evening is runs smoothly. Your job is to greet classmates, assist in the program and assemble memorabilia. Don’t forget to take the credit for a job well done.
