Photo Memory Book

The Memory Book includes alumni biographies, photos, names, addresses, e-mails, alumni advertising and more.  All alumni are encouraged to complete this page even if you can’t be with us for the reunion!   

Please print out the Memory Book form and mail it to our address below.

HELPFUL HINTS

ALUMNI BIOGRAPHIES

The following is helpful hints on how to create your page.

·       The book is (8 ½ x 11). Each alumni will have one full page to create. Use one side only of an (8 ½ x 11) sheet of paper.  You can use the Memory Book form to create your own page.

·        Share with us what you have been doing since graduation ( ex: occupation, marital status, number of children, accomplishments, travels, hobbies).  You can also include your favorite high school memory, favorite teacher, etc.)

·        Feel free to include a current photo of yourself, with your family, your pets, etc. Also include your senior picture (you can photocopy it from your yearbook). All photos must be attached to the page. Photos will not be returned.

·        Your page will be printed as is (in black & white) into the Memory Book so be careful when choosing photos.  Please be sure that your name (ladies please include your maiden name), the name of the school and year of graduation is on the page.

DIRECTORY

Names and addresses of all alumni are printed in the book.  If you do not want your information printed in the book, please contact us prior to the deadline date.  We cannot guarantee that your information will be withheld from the Memory Book if the request is received after the deadline date .

MEMORY BOOK ADVERTISING

There is also a section where you may advertise your business.  You may submit a business card, ½ page ad or full page. See registration form for pricing:  Please note. Do not put the advertisement for your business on your biography page. If you do it will be removed

MEMORY BOOK DEADLINE IS : 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR REUNION

Be sure to order a book to see what everyone’s up to.

Memory Books will be mailed to your home.

MEMORY BOOK ADVERTISING:

There is a section in the Memory Book called Grad Ads.  
It is a place for alumni to network with other classmates

You can choose from the following size ads:

·       business card size ad   $25

·       half page size ad.         $60

·       full page ad                  $100
