Alumni Search:

We search for everyone! Using national databases we do a comprehensive search for everyone in the class. Our average find rate is  80%-90% of each class.

Printing and Mailing:

We print and mail out all invitations as well as any additional mailings requested by the committee.

We keep the reunion committee involved and up-to-date on all of the plans. The committee makes all the decisions while we handle all of the details.

We assist in selecting a venue and/or caterer.

We arrange for entertainment, designed especially for your reunion.

Leave the decorating to us! Balloon bouquets, flowers, in your school colors will be provided to enhance “school spirit”

When you update your personal information, we request your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, and other information to be used solely for your class reunion.

When you register to attend your reunion in addition to the requested information noted above, we request your credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to your registration and to notify you of your order status.

We may also use the information we collect to notify you about important information pertaining to your class reunion.

By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Reunion Organizers of Minnesota.

We produce a photo memory book as part of our service. This book includes current pictures of your classmates, biographical information and an alumni address directory.

We will staff your reunion and handle registration. We arrive early and remain to coordinate the party so it runs smoothly. Committee members are free to be guests at their own reunion.
